Biography
My practice centers primarily around serving clients in the oil and gas industry. I am an experienced and creative problem-solver specializing in oil and gas law and assisting clients in the development of oil and gas assets throughout Texas and the Appalachian Basin. My practice includes contract drafting and negotiations, title examination, issuing of title opinions, curative matters, due diligence, and surface operation-related matters.
I also handle various commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, employment law contracts and disputes, and family law matters.
