Daniel B. Kostrub

Mr. Kostrub focuses his practice on energy and real estate matters.  His experience includes drafting and negotiating transactional agreements, assisting with the preparation of partition suits, conducting real estate closings, performing due diligence, conducting mineral title examinations along with preparing certified title reports for surface, coal, and oil and gas interests.  He also assists clients with negotiations for oil and gas leases, pipeline and electric line rights-of-way, and business entity formation.
