David Stewart Richards IV

In his experience, Mr. Richards has worked with major oil and gas operators in the Appalachian Basin in the formation of Master Service Agreements, Drilling and Completions Contracts, Output and Requirement Contracts, Leases, Operating Agreements and many other mutually beneficial contracts. He also has over 10 years of oil and gas title experience as it relates to contract drafting and negotiations, title due diligence, issues if title opinions, and various transactional matters. He has assisted clients in the lifecycle of various contracts in way that make the process easy and understandable. Mr. Richards lives in Peters Township, Pennsylvania, with his wife Liz, and their two daughters, Emma and Lila.
